"Hotel is very conveniently located in the city centre. Our room was in the annexe. It was very large and comfortable, and very quiet at night. Staff were very friendly, and the hotel contains a good restaurant and a creperie. We were very happy with our stay here."

"Spectacular location and property. Probably one of the best places in Prague to stay for a couple on a relaxing getaway.
The location gives easy access to every key attraction in the city with unparalleled views from the dining facilities and front rooms.
The staff could not be more accommodating. Additional perks of a turn-down service and daily bedside cakes provides an added bonus that significantly increases the VIP treatment. Breakfast staff quickly learn personal tastes, with (in our case English Breakfast Tea) being our known choice on arrival.
We have stayed in establishments across several global locations and this was one of our best experiences.
Would definitely recommend and stay again. "

"Parking was difficult but the staff was wonderful doing valet parking for us. Our rooms were lovely but we did have several flights of steep stairs ro get ro the room. I knew to pack light for this stay so we were prepared. we enjoyed the areaa but did have a hard time finding the hotel initially. streets were narrow."

"Our stay was absolutely perfect. A huge thank you to all the amazing staff!
Perfectly located up the road from Metro and Trams, multiple landmarks within walking distance including the castle, clock and bridge as well as Old Town where there’s a pub or restaurant on every corner.
Great buffet breakfast and really friendly, helpful staff on reception, guest services and in the restaurant.
Was my wife’s Birthday so we booked the spa for 3 hours. Everything we booked was all setup and waiting for us exactly how it was advertised, even gave her a present waiting in the room on the day.
Hotel itself is a nice size and had a lovely courtyard to sit in, in the surprisingly warm sun for the time of year!
Couldn’t recommend this place enough, everything about it was perfect so a huge thank you from us!"
