We loved this hotel - it was modern and clean and the location was perfectly located for walking to the sights for tourists. The included breakfast was great too. This hotel was our favorite of several we stayed at during a 2 week trip to Germany/Czech.

Amazing!

The best hotel in our two weeks travel. We got upgraded to a superior room and it was massive. The staff is super friendly and they explained all the area surrounding the hotel during the check in. The property is very close to restaurants and Charles Bridge. You can take the Metro just a couple blocks away. The breakfast was amazing and cooked at the moment.

A great hotel in an excellent location.

This hotel couldn't be in a better location. It's at the west end of the Charles Bridge. We had the attic room which was huge, but since there is no elevator, there were a lot of stairs to climb. Martin, at the front desk, helped us carry our luggage up, however, which made it a lot easier for us. He also helped to arrange the on street parking permit for us. The breakfast was also excellent. All the staff we had interactions with were extremely friendly and helpful.

Good and convenient location, next to Charlie Bridge but on a quiet street, 10 minutes walk to central square in historic center. Very friendly and helpful staffs, Peter provided a lot of tourism information at check in, the other gentleman gave accurate directions too. Many thanks for that. The room and bedding are very clean, especially the shower, good heating system in winter season. Breakfast was nice with menu choices. Would stay again and recommend this place to everyone.

Stayed in the suite, other than hitting my head on the beams a few times it was absolutely first class. Great clean linens, a private balcony, tons of room to unpack. Absolutely without question the cleanest room I have ever been in. No shower, only a luxurious tub and wand which forced me to treat myself, only stay if you are good with stairs, but the breakfast was great. The neighborhood is ideal (So glad I stayed on this side of the river) Head to Lokál for an amazing beer! And walk through the multiple nearby gardens.

This is a 3 Star Hotel and is really brilliant. It is steps away from the Karl’s Bridge, but is in a quiet side street. My friend and I stayed for 3 nights. On arrival at 09:00 in the morning, we were offered breakfast and were given a voucher for a glass of Sekt. Our luggage was put in a room until our room was ready, later in the day- so that we could start our tour of Prag almost immediately. The receptionist was very helpful and advised about trips etc. Our room was beautifully clean and tastefully designed. The beds were super comfortable. It had a wonderful coffee machine and coffee was filled up every day. It had air conditioning- that we didn’t need to use. Our room was super quiet. Breakfast was really good, with everything you could wish for. The hotel also has it’s own wine bar, with smaller snacks on the menu and you are able to eat until at least 11pm! The bar remains open until 00:00 😊 I highly recommend that you stay here. We would definitely return.

I loved that the hotel was super quiet and located very close by to all of the attractions. The staff recommended a lot of great places to check out and which ones to stay away from. They also provided breakfast for our stay which got us ready for the day. We had a very spacious room on the ground floor.

Hotel liegt in einer Nebenstrasse. Sehr ruhig. 3 Minuten zur Karlsbrücke. Zimmer zweckmässig und sehr sauber. Hotel in einem 1a Zustand. Alle Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Somit war unser 5 Tagetrip einzigartig. Jederzeit wieder.

You can walk to the Charles Bridge and public transit stop in minutes. Breakfast is excellent and includes hot dishes, yogurt, cheese, espresso, cereal, meats, and pastries. Area around hotel is safe. We used private transportation service recommended by the hotel to and from the airport and driver provided excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a clean and convenient small hotel when in Prague. Stop by the wine bar next to the hotel for a great wine selection and nice atmosphere before returning to the room for the night.

10/10 highly recommended Die Unterkunft war super schön, sie ist etwas kleiner und richtig gemütlich. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Hinterhof und haben absolut nichts gehört vom Stadtleben, trotz unmittelbarer Nähe zur Karlsbrücke. Zum Hotel gehört noch eine Weinbar und direkt daneben ist eine kleine Kneipe, an welcher abends gecornert wird. Absolut lebendig und zugleich gemütlich. Frühstück im Hotel war richtig lecker und das ganze Hotelpersonal war super zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Superb little hotel in the heart of the old town- 50 meters away from Charles Bridge and lesser town bridge tower. Spacious room and bathroom. Super clean and bright. Fantastic service from Tereza and all staff. Everyone at the hotel is super helpful and accommodating with genuine care. Wonderful wine bar downstairs. Walking distance to everything you would want to see on first visit to Prague. Loved our stay and strongly recommend. Look forward to our next visit.

Great stay at IKONA

We traveled with a small child, and the room was perfect with the offered free baby crib. Very good breakfast with barista coffee and different options of food to order instead of a buffet only. The hotel had friendly staff and a great location for tourist.

A Wonderful Stay at Hotel Ikona

I recently stayed at Hotel Ikona and it was an excellent experience from beginning to end. The hotel is beautiful, clean and very comfortable. The staff were always friendly, polite and ready to help with anything I needed. My room was spotless and cosy, with everything I could ask for. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept so well every night. The bathroom was modern and had fresh towels and nice toiletries. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of fresh food and drinks. I also liked the location of the hotel. It was easy to reach shops, restaurants and local attractions, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I really appreciated the warm atmosphere and the attention to detail. The staff made me feel welcome and looked after me very well. I would happily recommend Hotel Ikona to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant stay. I look forward to visiting again soon!

Highly recommend the Ikona if you are visiting Prague and want to enjoy the old city. The hotel is within 100 metres of the Charles Bridge, which is the entrance to the old town. The staff at Ikona are wonderful. Polite and knowledgeable. The “included” breakfast is one of the best we’ve ever had. Try the Pork Knuckle at their associated hotel just down the road!
