"Great place"

"Property is just as the pictures described a lil wear here and there but the is expected. other than that it was good stay "

"Roach. People trying to enter to the bedroom. People entering into the bedroom at the morning. One towel for 5 days. No batteries at the controls. Smell bad when arrive. "

"We got multiple bug bites when we were there and there wasn’t anywhere within walking distance to get a cup of coffee or a bite to eat"

"This property is great! It’s away from downtown, so quiet but beautiful beach. Restaurants close by, we walked to them. We did not use the pool, but it looked super good. Beautiful canals, hammocks, and chairs everywhere. Convenience store close. Really enjoyed our stay. Staff will get you taxis or excursions."

"The property is still very nice good value for price paid, staff friendly and inviting also helpful. It's a nice stay close enough to several main activities. Property does require some in room repairs and refinishing. But overall not bad at all. See you soon"

"I booked online for an emergency. I arrived and it looked deserted. I saw someone working and knocked on the door no one came to the door. I was charged and had to find somewhere else to stay. I think this place is a scam."

"television control was ridiculously complicated. could not just turn on and off. bed sheets were not full cotton, hot and sticky bathroom faucet sprayed all over. breakfast option meager and prohibitively expensive. i will not recommend or return"

"Floors were dirty, tp holder hanging off wall -bathroom in general was very old and in need of updates. Staff not very friendly, but that was the same everywhere in Nassau."

"I can’t say enough nice things about it… To be honest, I’m still here. I extended my stay for a couple of days because I did not want to leave. It just feels too nice to be here!"

"Very hospitable and friendly staff! A bit of a walk to downtown but you can easily take a taxi by downloading “aquarides” or taking the local bus (which is cheap). The area itself isn’t the best but no one gave us any problems. The restaurant upstairs had reasonably priced food and it tasted yummy. "

"Our room was dated. The telephone didn’t work. The safe didn’t work. One light on left side of the bed was away from the wall. Curtains worn. Two items were reported the day we arrived but never fixed."

"Simple, courteous, quiet, quickly responsive to all our needs!"

"Breakfast was good. The problem was that I explained I needed Wi-Fi and they didn't have it. I had to go to the restaurant to get a signal. When I wanted to speak to a staff member, there was never anyone at reception. When I tried to shower, I basically needed 40 minutes because the water wasn't flowing enough to wash myself. For the price they charge for accommodation, it doesn't seem right to me."
