"There was big blood drops in one of the hallways. It was dried up so it must have been there at least a day, really gross. Carpet was torn up from the floor in corner by the door. A/c unit had a loud vibration noise, fortunately I brought earplugs"

"Staff was very accommodating holding luggage as we arrived early. Hotel was very clean, location is great, walking distance to Bridgestone arena and local establishments. Price was reasonable. Would recommend to friends and family. "

"The beds were not comfortable. The tv service cut in and out so watching tv was pointless. There is a master switch that they don’t tell you about so if you don’t turn it on none of the lights work. The staff was originally RUDE but eventually they got better. The air conditioning only works when it wants to. And you have to pay for parking…$40/night!!! "

"Property itself was pretty quiet but being on the side of the building close to the interstate was very noisy - the white noise of the air conditioner fan covered it decently but the fan also made an unpleasant whine. The bed was nice and firm, and I'm very glad there was an iron and ironing board. I'd stay here again but I would ask for a room on the front of the building."

"Received and ADA room which was not what was booked. No issue other than the closets, beds, etc was much lower than needed. Not easy to get off a bed that low when you are older. Asked for a feather free room and we still had pillows with feathers. Allergies were a mess from one night of sleeping next to it. Parking for $30 this far from downtown seemed high."
