"I am very disappointed with my stay. The customer service was extremely poor. From Carlos to the front desk staff, every interaction felt like I was bothering them. They responded to questions and requests with an attitude and seemed unwilling to help. One evening, I requested extra towels because I have long hair. It took about 25 minutes, and I was passed from Carlos to a housekeeper, then to Norma, then to Paola, with no one taking responsibility. Even when I asked for assistance in person, no one seemed interested in helping. The only friendly and helpful employees were the ladies serving breakfast. The room on the 4th floor smelled strongly of marijuana. The mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable, which was disappointing because Radisson hotels used to be known for their quality and comfort. The bathroom has no ventilation, so it quickly fills with steam and stays that way. As someone with asthma, this made it very uncomfortable and difficult to breathe. The air conditioning unit in the room is old, dirty, and had a musty smell. It clearly needs a deep cleaning and proper maintenance. Overall, this hotel does not meet the standards I expected from a Radisson property. The lack of customer service, poor room conditions, and lack of cleanliness made this a very disappointing experience. The only bright spot during my stay was the breakfast staff, who were kind, professional, and welcoming. Unfortunately, that was not enough to make up for the many issues I exper"
