"Nice"

"Due to my vehicle transmission failing I had to leave my truck in Indiana. The was a tornado which stopped our trip, we finally got to 30 miles north of Louisville Kentucky at 10 pm, I was exhausted and it was raining so hard we couldn’t even see to drive. I called about 20 times, got ahold of the person at the hotel but gave me a number to call. I had my confirmation number but the computer wouldn’t take it. It wouldn’t give me an option to talk to a real person. I’m am totally dissatisfied with the system and service. I don’t feel I should have to pay for the night due to the weather. I did take out the insurance.please contact me for any further information.very respectfully Mark Fuller"

"Property itself was pretty quiet but being on the side of the building close to the interstate was very noisy - the white noise of the air conditioner fan covered it decently but the fan also made an unpleasant whine. The bed was nice and firm, and I'm very glad there was an iron and ironing board. I'd stay here again but I would ask for a room on the front of the building."

"I knew nothing about the hotel going in, but loved everything about it. Loved my room for the prize. The balcony on the 31st floor was dope. Honestly, I would highly recommend and already have to several people. Staff were great as well."

"This was a great hotel and the staff were friendly. We stayed for several days and the food variety could have been better. Also, the fan need to be dusted frequently as that is something housekeeping misses. Overall, our stay was great and may visit again."

"Staff was rude , room had no ac and we asked repeatedly to have it looked at or move . Elevator was out and we had to carry our bags up flights if stairs . Hoghway was very loud next door . We left after 45 minutes of waiting for something to be done about our stifling hot room ."
