"This was one of the dirtiest hotels I’ve ever stayed in mattress had period stains all over it and the room smelled like dog pee. I am not high maintenance when it comes to hotels. Buyer beware you get what you pay for. worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. If it wasn’t for the fact that it was super late at night, and the kids were exhausted, would’ve immediately left and just lost out on the money spent."

"I was packing my things a few minutes after the checkout time, and I was disturbed with loud knocking on my door. I didn't answer since I was still getting dressed. A few minutes later I get another knock and I answered it as I was dressed. This was a different person and he came to inform me that checkout was at 11am. I said I know, I'm about to leave. It was 11:15am. He proceeded to other rooms. As I left I met him in the elevator and instead of getting off he escorted me to the front desk. This is how they treat their customers. I always leave the room a few minutes after checkout time, and general hotel policy is you can checkout upto 30min after the checkout time. Here they harrass you, send multiple people to your door so you never have peace, and escort you to reception before those 30min pass. Unbelievable. I felt harassed. Never again"

"I’ve stayed and several Sheraton four points in this is by far the most disappointing. My bathroom wasn’t clean and the complementary water was left over from a previous guess because it was half full. The elevator had crumpled napkins and the wallpaper was peeling in a few spots. The light fixture in the restroom in room 316 needs to be repaired. It appears to be an older hotel that could use some updating. The breakfast was just okay."

"TLDR: Great bang for your family’s buck. I’d love to keep this a secret but they deserve the business. It’s one of the best family stays we’ve ever had. The location is amazing and now one of our favorite areas of Charlotte. The kitchen is very functional and the rooms are spacious and homey. The heated pool is well-maintained and the design is beautiful. The courtyard is picturesque and the gym is perfectly adequate. Everything and everywhere is clean."
