"Pre-arrival confirmation was appreciated, and early access to the room was an unexpected bonus. We were there for a wedding which was a lovely event, well organised, seamless flow from ceremony to outside, pictures, then food and dancing. All staff were helpful and smiled a lot! To close the evening we went into the unused bar area to contain our revelry; drinks from the main bar were brought through with no fuss. Great breakfast the next morning before the group went on our way."
