"This hotel is clean, modern, comfortable and well located in downtown Bangkok very close to public transportation options like the sky train and subway. The breakfast was great and offered many options to choose among. I enjoyed hanging out at the pool in the evening and had a good dinner at the restaurant as well. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. I'd definitely stay here again, and highly recommend! "

"The location is perfect, close to shopping. The staff were excellent and responsive. The only issue we had was we saw a live cockroach in our room on our first night. Totally unexpected as the rooms seemed newly renovated. Other than that, we had a good stay."

"This is the second time we’ve stayed at this hotel. We love the elegance, cleanliness and location. Upon our arrival we were given an unexpected upgrade to a gorgeous suite! The breakfast buffet is excellent! It has such variety, both Asian and Canadian choices. We will definitely stay here again!"

"This is a very rundown hotel. BUT it’s so convenient to the airport (I walked through the tunnel) and had such a lovely breakfast, that I would stay again if I ever have an early flight out of Bangkok. My only complaint is that I had paid extra for a room with a city view. When I asked to confirm that this was the room I was getting, the very kind woman at the desk said something about upgrading me and I would have a room near the elevator. I didn’t realize until I got to the room that I now had a view of the pool:( I was too tired to fight it."
