"Excellent location, close to thames riverside walk, but quiet Accessible, good dining choice good decor, attentive staff fantastic in-house estaurant, and very good breakfast choice"

"Fantastic staff, great amenities in the room. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you have a pleasant stay! 10/10 recommend"

"We stayed in the Grand Suite and the room itself was lovely especially the bathroom with lovely underfloor heating. The service was wonderful and we had some lovely treats laid out for our honeymoon stay. It was quite noisy on the Saturday night but Sunday night was better. Breakfast is lovely and the restaurant for dinner although took a while to serve, the food was so delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel. We loved the service of Suman and Deepshika in particular."

"A very last minute stay for me and was very convenient for Waterloo station. The staff could not be more helpful and overall it’s a decent place to stay. Only issue were the soundproofing isn’t great and I was given an accessible room so the bathroom wasn’t ideal for me."

"Beautifully fitted out Comfortable and cozy Great location, <5 mins to St Paul’s"

"Nice location with close proximity to Borough Market and Thames. We appreciated being able to do laundry in our room. Bed was a little uncomfortable, but otherwise we enjoyed our stay."

"Charming property, early check-in, convenient location. Would stay there again and recommend"

It was spotless, with fresh linens, a comfortable bed and plenty of space to spread out and unpack. Nothing felt cramped or tired, and it was quiet enough to sleep well. The bar was the highlight. The cocktails...

Every staff member was so friendly and attentive - from those on the ground floor with the concierge to reception to the room maids/cleaners. We stayed at this hotel last year for one night but had to visit again this year for two nights to properly appreciate the hotel whilst celebrating our wedding anniversary. We were not disappointed. It was beautiful and outstanding. The whole hotel was spotless. There...
