"I really wanted to give this place high reviews, but unfortunately the great pluses this property has (amazing location right on the water and views) are negated by an overzelous and controling owner. Prepared to be scolded, warned and admonished for many things a paying costumer would not in other stablishments. I.e. do not take the kayak out in the beautiful bay because it could be damaged by the coral..are u serious? Why have a kayak on the property if it cant be used. Or, dont leave the AC...

"This place is an absolute gem. The views are spectacular and the staff was super friendly. We got in super late so we did not realize that you needed to tell them if you wanted breakfast by 6:30am because they make only what they expect the number of guests to eat for the cute little buffet. We walked down for breakfast hoping they could tell us where we could eat since we missed the cutoff, but instead they found a way to accommodate us for breakfast. "The room was clean, but had many many bugs. Which I did not mind much due to the location on the hotel being more in the forest. The area where the kitchenette is and for outdoor relaxing is covered in dog poop. I found this to be unsanitary."

"Reva, The Host was very helpful and friendly, the room was super large and had a great balcony overlooking the ocean and Airport. Best of all was they shuttle to and from the airport which was included. A great stay for one night or for many nights"
