"I really wanted to give this place high reviews, but unfortunately the great pluses this property has (amazing location right on the water and views) are negated by an overzelous and controling owner. Prepared to be scolded, warned and admonished for many things a paying costumer would not in other stablishments. I.e. do not take the kayak out in the beautiful bay because it could be damaged by the coral..are u serious? Why have a kayak on the property if it cant be used. Or, dont leave the AC...

"Newer building perched on hill 10 minute walk from airport ($20USD taxi with 2P/4bag charges). Rooms are functional: bed, TV (local channels), bar fridge (turned off- but worked after a while), shower/toliet. Vending machine with snacks in lobby, no ice machine, no gym, no pool. Nearby (10min walk) food market with good selection and many prepared choices was open until 8p local even on Easter Sunday. "The property is thoughtfully designed. As you drive onto the property, you’re greeted with a grandiose building with a large opening in the middle that flows to a lagoon like pool, stretching to the ocean. Thoroughly enjoyed our junior suite, they gave us a beautiful view of the ocean and your property."

"Overall, I thought it was nice and comfortable. Google maps originally took me to the wrong place, but we got it sorted out. They seem to have a fair number of animals - besides a couple of dogs and a cat, I definitely heard a rooster as well. So it could be a little disruptive overnight when you're trying to sleep if you're not used to that sort of thing."

"Location was amazing. So peaceful, quiet, and serene. Viewed sunset from deck chairs of our room. Small facility so beach walks not crowded with lots of tourists. Room a little small but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious - all so fresh. Secured parking on site. Only suggestion is to make guard gate electronic so aren’t required to get out of car to enter code. "
