"A localizaçao do hotel é execelente. Hotel reformado e com tudo novo. Decoraçao e mobiliario exelente e de muito bom gosto. Tenho apenas 2 pequenas sugestoes, para ter no quarto. Uma cafeteira e um ferro de passar roupas. Quanto ao restante, tudo muito bom e de otima qualidade. Recomendo fortemente, e com absoluta certeza me hospedaria novamente."

"On brand, efficient, pleasant staff, responsive when issues arose. We didn't do breakfast here as we generally like to try licsl restaurants in cities. Only gripes: dofa bed not very comfy (even for a sofa bed) and pool wasn't open - understandable because it was April and even public pools weren't open but the weather was very gokd, do was hoping for some flexibility "

"This property is located right in the middle of Gran Via. Very good rooms. Courteous staff. It was a pleasant stay at this place. Only issue we had was with the washer/dryer. While it washed clothes, the multiple dryer cycles didn’t dry the clothes at all."

"The main issue we had with the room was that it was quite different from the one we booked on the website. We booked a king terrace because the picture online showed a terrace that looked out onto the city. However when we got to the room it looked out onto a wall. Zero view whatsoever. And looking at the rooms next to us they all had a view of a wall. Very disappointing."
