"Liked the convenience to our event. The pool looked very clean. Pillows were awful. Bulb missing in bedside light. Internet was dreadful. No sky or streaming so tv very limited Very basic stay"

"located in the city center. clean. friendly staffs. recommended "

"It looks nice just that the room we stayed in still had evidence of previous use, some tissues were behind the dresser and bathroom window was able to be opened from the outside due to the latch being broken off."

"Great view and great staff. We really enjoyed our time there. thank you"

"Great stay, lovely, clean and cosy. Staff very helpful and friendly Napier fantastic and owner provided us with a list of tried and tested eateries which we used, thank you. Recommendation to Te Mara peak also fab Location great, right on the beach"

"Large family room obviously dated, heaters were difficult to operate and the power for them went out during the evening, was a bit of an operation to get it back on as onsite manager had no idea what to do Close to parkrun and wineries so location is good, very basic facilities"

"Excellent service and very good breakfast. Nice spa and sauna."

"Very nice room with a separate room for queen size bed and twin bed in different room. Kitchen was wonderful with plates, cutlery, cups and glasses etc. There was a stove top hot plate, fridge etc. Very nice set up. Grocery store and many restaurants nearby."

"The property was excellent how we should be notified of the extra parking fee should be advertised rather then included when you make the booking"

"Room was clean. comfortable bed close to shops and resturants ."
