It is well located, spacious, very clean with nice and fluffy towels. The owner was friendly and hospitable. Walking distance to restaurants and shops and close to wineries. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful well appointed and spacious studio with a really generous spa bath in the modern bathroom. King size bed was very comfortable. Loved the cane arm chairs - would book again if needing accommodation in Hawkes Bay . Only a few minutes drive until you are on the expressway into Napier .
