"Friendly staff, nice room in general. Getting to the facility was difficult due to recent traffic changes. Despite instructions, I got lost almost every time returning to the room. Bed matress was very well worn, body indents present on each side, probably time for a refresh. Pillows were flat. Large roach in the shower and bug bites while in the room, hopefully just mosquitos."

"Arrival & Atmosphere We arrived around 3 PM and check-in was smooth - there was one staff member at the front desk who was expecting us. However, the resort felt unusually quiet, almost empty. During our stay, most facilities appeared closed, including dining and the spa. It’s unclear whether these are only available in peak season. The grounds needed some cleaning up as there was a big pile of rubbish at the gateway to the entrance of our accommodation and the laundry facilities were very dirty."

"Parking was a nightmare. Not too mention having to pay $20 a night just for parking. Really hard to get in and and when there's other cars. Hot water from the tap was so boiling hot i actually burnt my hand. Room was really spacious and bed was confidant enough. Didn't feel confidant having showers there. Apart from that.
