"The nicest place I’ve stayed in a long time. Wonderful staff and a lovely hotel"

"The property seemed very new. Clean, bright, comfortable with nice extras— a free pass to the fitness center just a few yards away, free laundry services. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. When we ordered a birthday breakfast for the room, the staff cam up singing ‘Happy Birthday’ with a piece of cake , candles and ice Cream. Ludi at the front desk was especially helpful. The food at the restaurant/room service was very very good."

"Friendly staff, nice room in general. Getting to the facility was difficult due to recent traffic changes. Despite instructions, I got lost almost every time returning to the room. Bed matress was very well worn, body indents present on each side, probably time for a refresh. Pillows were flat. Large roach in the shower and bug bites while in the room, hopefully just mosquitos."

"Arrival & Atmosphere We arrived around 3 PM and check-in was smooth - there was one staff member at the front desk who was expecting us. However, the resort felt unusually quiet, almost empty. During our stay, most facilities appeared closed, including dining and the spa. It’s unclear whether these are only available in peak season. We did notice a couple of staff cars later in the day, but overall the property felt very inactive. Facilities & Amenities Some amenities were either unavailable or...

"The cutest little lodge with wonderful hosts. The place is bigger than expected and would be perfect for families or larger groups. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. It was a hidden gem and we woke up to a beautiful sunrise. Great location for those visiting Hobbiton."

" Very upset to find out there is no proper wash basin in the bathroom with no mirror available. Tiny hand basin to wash face. This is disappointing not to have basic requirements on a motel room. Long delay in getting hot water. "

"My family and friends really had a wonderful stay at Magnolia Park. In fact, this was the best accommodation we have stayed so far! The cottage was very tidy and spacious with complete kitchen appliance and cutlery. Andrew was also very nice and accommodating. We even had a quick tour at the farm, picked some fruits, and the kids also enjoyed the animals. Unfortunately, we were not able to take a dip at the pool since the water was freezing cold. Nevertheless, we still had an awesome time!...
