The room was so cozy and comfortable and we loved that the owner’s animals were so friendly. We were able to pet a cow and some alpacas. He even trained one of them to trade kisses for bread! 10/10 would stay again.

We stayed in a room in the old homestead which was a surprise as it didn’t match the photo on the website. The room was shabby but worse it was dirty. The bed was comfortable and the continental breakfast adequate. It certainly was not value for money and I could not recommend it to anybody else. Entry was through a spring loaded gate with loose chicken wire which snagged on clothing. It was a very unsatisfactory experience

Comfortable and homely

This was a short, two night, stay. Check in was very simple, the room was exactly as described. We loved the homely atmosphere with a beautiful view over farmland. There was everything we needed for an enjoyable stay and most importantly, a very comfortable bed.

Amazing stay! The accommodations were clean and comfortable. There isn’t reception but check in was clear and easy. We had some nice bites ready for our breakfast. If you like animals, there are lots to see around the property. The host was helpful and friendly. We had a great stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommend!

This is a fabulous B&B. They catered for our late arrival. The brekky was a welcome addition and the animals were a wonderful treat. The owner was friendly and helpful

Kissing alpaca right outside your door!

The apartment was located on a farm. We woke up to alpaca outside our room and the view was lovely. The room was comfortable and the host was gracious. Our only issue was the lack of reliable wifi. It was hit and miss.

I loved waking up to see the alpacas outside the window. The place itself was clean and spatious and seems like a great place to get away for a vacation. My only regret is that I couldn't stay longer!

lovely BnB with great view and cute alpacas.

We stayed in Honeymoon Studio Suite with a front porch. The suite is spacious and decorated beautifully. We enjoyed mountain view and watching moon at night. It was so fun to have breakfast with the alpacas and other animals around the house. The host was very kind and very friendly. We had a very pleasant stay.

The facility is simple but pleasant. We enjoyed our stay at the Homestead. The alpacas come right up to you and like to be fed avocado leaves. The hosts are very pleasant and helpful. Our only semi-issue are the mattresses are very firm. Also photos are accurate, great view from room, light breakfast items in room (granola, cereal, milk, toast).

What I liked about the property was its uniqueness. It was hard to see the sign, you did have to open and close a gate to get in and out, and there were animals in the yard, but that was part of its charm. The room was clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was tasty and got me through the morning and the cookies were delicious.
