"It was one of the best stays in NZ we had. The owners are lovely, even gave us homemade cookies at check-in.
The private hot tub/pool is just amazing after a day out in cold winter days. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, comfy beds with heating blankets, everything is spotless clean. Just across the street is Lake Taupo with a great jogging track into the town center."

"Aircon and towel rack had been turned on before check in. Owner and staff are super friendly. The room was clean, well maintained and very warm for our two nights in August. Nice view from living room and balcony. Heated pool and hot tub are nice too. Shopping centre and restaurants are nearby. Lake and the Two Mile Bay Sailing Club is just across the road and our 3yo enjoyed a morning walk and playing at lakefront. Will definitely come back again. Highly recommend to couples and families. "
"I was surprised to actually see the size of our apartment. It was spacious. And well decorated. More surprising was the fact that Sacred Waters is on the lake edge side. I did not know beforehand that there can be hotels/apartments on that side too. When we went out of our apartment and walked directly on to the lake front walking track, we were so thrilled and happy. Outstanding."
"This is a fantastic place to stay on a visit to Taupo. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and modern. The location is convenient near the town centre. We had a two bedroom unit that was perfect for a family of four. Would definitely recommend."
