The room was clean, but we had trouble to get TV to go, we ended up turning off at wall as was too late to talk to anybody. The shower over bath when you are older are harder to get into ... The parking if a big Ute was a bit tight , small driving area"

"Very responsive via phone contact. The phone number provided to me was incorrect and connected yo a different motel in Taupo which was weird. The lock box was very sticky and difficult to open, Ax was the entry door. Which needs a fix. The cooking equipment was very limited and could do with a smaller saucepan in the studio unit as the current size is enormous for cooking a 1-2 person meal. These were setbacks but notxa deterrent and I would stay again. Maybe better bathroom extras would be good like providing some shower girl and shampoo."
