"I needed to drop off my luggage early, but despite multiple emails, Fbook messages, unanswered phone calls and even messages through the booking site - I never got a reply. A bit odd. It worked out fine as it wasn't a problem. I took the commuter train from the airport. There were signs outside the train station showing the way to hotel. A short walk through an alley, then a rainbow colored bridge. They arranged a taxi ride to the airport, and the breakfast buffet was very nice. Seems to be a popular accommodation choice with tours groups. Convenient location. Make sure you do not take the Commuter Express train as it will bypass the Dayuan stop."

"The Grand Hotel is so fabulous and spectacular in its design of the building! The staff are very helpful and friendly! The room is clean and comfortable! The breakfast is so amazing with all kinds of varieties and so tasty! The service of storing our luggage is very convenient for us! We will be back for another night stay before we head out to our next trip."

"We travelled as a group of 3 - we all like the good location and amenities (walkable to the metro train, good gym facilities, good size of swimming pool and with washing machine+ dryer). We didnt get to try the onsen this round and will definitely return if there is a chance in the future! Just a small suggestion is to have clear instructions or indications on the room lighting. Pleasant stay overall!"

"My room was big and beautiful, by far is better than many hotels rooms that I stayed in last three weeks. With my crazy travel schedules in last three weeks, I stayed at least 11 different hotels across three different countries. The accommodations and location were great. With late arrival from Australia, I was still able made it to the night market for a quick dinner. I am going back again soon, before I leave Taiwan."
