"The room at the Grand Hyatt Taipei was outstanding. Many amenities were included that made the stay special. The bathtub was perfect, the bed was very comfortable and the view was exceptional. The staff was very professional and went above and beyond our expectations. I just wish we could have stayed longer. The location was excellent!"

"Room was beautiful and nicely appointed. It fit me and my daughter perfect for our girls only trip. The only inconvenience was taking a shower since the walls were all glass. We had to plan our showers since the other person had to stay on their side of the hotel room when the other showered. Staff was always friendly! The hotel was RIGHT next to the train station, making it so convenient! I will definitely stay here if I return to Taipei!"
