絶景でした。

建物は少し古いですが、清潔でした。 特に、露天風呂からの景色は最高でした。 犬連れでしたので、朝食はお庭でいただきましたが、ブーケンビリアが綺麗に咲いて、海も遠くに見え、とても贅沢な朝食がいただけました。 蛍のシーズンで、夜、バスをホテルが出してくれ、見に行くこともできました。 私たちは犬も連れて行ったので、自家用車で付いていきまいたが、すれ違うことも車を止めるのも大変なので、バスで行くことをオススメします。

露天風呂付きのお部屋を頼みました。朝食、夕食が付いてるプランで内容が何も書かれては無かったので　全く分からず宿泊だったのですが　舟盛り伊勢海老付きお造りや　食べきれないほどの海の幸に感動！部屋風呂も気持ちよく入りましたが　大浴場も高台からの海が素晴らしい眺め！娘達にも大浴場に行っておいでと早朝から起こして行かせましたが綺麗で感動して帰ってきました！またゆっくり滞在したいなぁっと　家族で話しています！

リゾートホテルという名前から予想を上回るお湯の良さ! PH9.95は伊達じゃないです(源泉温度が低いので加温はされてます)。

3人とチワワ1匹の家族で2泊滞在しました。 夕食、朝食共にお腹いっぱいになりました。 1日目と2日目と朝食、夕食ともにメニューを変えて頂き、とても美味しく頂きました。パンケーキもとても美味しかったです。お風呂もとても気持ち良かったです。

食事が最高でした！

露天風呂付きの部屋を探していて、手頃なお値段だったので利用させて頂きました。ホテルは若い方向けの雰囲気で、家族利用の私たちは浮かんじゃないかと思いましたが家族連れやご高齢の方など色んな年代の方が泊まられていました。食事がとっても美味しくて、主人も絶賛していました。露天風呂もとても気持ちがよく子ども達も喜んでいました。今回は冬に利用させて頂いたので、夏のプールの時期にも来てみたいです。主人は常宿にしよかと言うほど気に入っています。○快リゾートのように卓球やカラオケが無料だともう言うことないです！

家族で利用しました。

家族五人で利用しました。 部屋は清潔で綺麗で家族全員満足いたしました。 ただ、部屋のwifiが繋がらず、ロビーに何度も電話しましたが、出ていただけなかったのはちょっと残念でした。(食事のついでにロビーの方にお願いして解決しました。 食事は、夕食も朝食も大変美味しかったです。 機会があればまた利用したいです。

あと一歩！

露天風呂付き客室に宿泊しました 何度も好きな時にお風呂に入れるのは、幸せです もう少し湯船を大きくしてくれるともっとゆったり入れるのですけど。。。 残念だったのは、部屋にゴキブリの死骸があったこと。 かなり致命傷的なミスだと思うのですが、一言謝られただけ。 もう少し、誠意を見せてくれないのかな？と驚きました。 朝食のバイキングは、導線が悪すぎ。 美味しかっただけに、とても残念。

古い箇所もありましたが、清潔に清掃されているので気持ちよく過ごせました。乳児と泊まりましたが部屋のお風呂に子ども用の椅子やトイレにはオムツ入れなど配置してくださっていました！

持ち込み自由ですがインターを降りてから何もないので事前に用意を。また機会を作っていきたいと思うホテル

食事は満足です、次女が野菜、魚より肉料理を好むと伝えたら快く対応してもらえた。 そのほかもおおむね満足です、浴衣等もサイズが揃えて有りました。 またタオルが温泉旅館に置いてある薄いものではなくしっかりとしたものでした 浴場に備えてあるシャンプー、ケア用品もよかったです、サウナが少し満足できなかったです 熱いのですがなかなか汗が出ず10分ほど居ましたがあきらめました .]

풍경나 위치가 정말 좋습니다. 특히 탕위치는 남태평양을 바라보며 야외온천을 즐길 수 있는 장점외에는 시설은 좀 오래된듯하고 식사는 그냥그냥. 단 깜짝 놀란건 반려동물과 투숙가능한 호텔입니다 어디에도 그런 설명을 본적이 없었는데 방에 강아지울타리가 있고 일단 동물 비린내가 나서 일단 청결이 쫌. 물론 동물을 좋아하시는 분들께는 추천하지만 저한테는 그것이 가장 기분이 좋지않았습니다.

ロケーションが良く、露天風呂も良かった。食事についてはクオリティも高く、満足できるものであった。地元名産品のイノブタなど料理と温泉の良さ、スタッフの家族のような対応の親切さを売りにこのホテルをアピールしていけばと思います。

水漏れ事故

階上からの水漏れ事故が起きました。事故なので仕方ありませんが、ホテル側の第一声は謝りでなく言い訳でした。連休で満室だったせいもありますが、初めその部屋で寝とほしいと言われました。結局階上の方の部屋に替えてもらいましたが気分は最悪。翌朝対応してくれた方に会いましたが知らん顔。女性グループだからの対応でしょうか。亡くなった父が亡くなった母を連れて行きたいと言っていた南紀の海を見る旅でしたが、悲しい気持ちが残りました
