"The reception area is right in the lobby, but I had a really hard time finding it and only managed to locate their phone number after some effort; while the difficulty was largely due to me, the host also lacked a way to contact me. Overall, I was quite satisfied."

"Nice owner and very helpful. Only issue is people playing loud music from 7am in the morning on weekends. Room was clean and bed comfortable, will stay again."

"Clean room"

"เป็นโรงแรมเปิดใหม่ แต่ในห้องมีแต่ plug ไฟแบบ 3 ขา ของมาเลเซีย ไม่มี plug มาตรฐาน"

"Keep it up!"

"The room is clean, aircon needs servicing. The bathtub is a hazard, its shaky and has detached from the wall. The location is great, right above KSL shopping. Great for short stay."

"Room clean and nice view and also near night market. Go others place very convient and call grab easy. Overall is fine."

"가격 값 하는 같아요. 잠만 자고 오기에 적당한 거 같아요"

"Main Bathroom drainage is poor and have smelled of sewage. Insect like moth alike sticking on wall."

"Very bad sound insulation, there was a street sweeper right under my window for hours around 2am till 4 am and it was so loud i could not sleep. Towels smelled very bad which I noticed after showering in the worst shower of my life, only boiling hot water or cold water no in between. I must thank my airline for rescheduling my flight so i could leave early out if this hell hole."

"room generally ok but cupboard inside got some dirty tissues uncleaned "

"Expedia response is not accurate. When message property they do not response. No proactive action of them informing on the check in procedure. Only when I whatapps using the contact number stated in Expedia, that number is for Penang. Only then they direct me to their Johor number. The unit I stayed in, toilet stinks, probably due to drainage issues."

"What you see on Hotels.com is what you get. 👍 Apartment is clean and well taken care of, ac is 👍 too. Amenities provided are of hotel quality and view is fantastic. Plus there are mahjong tables, 1 auto and the other is a normal table. There are 2 en-suite rooms, 1 common bathroom n a small toilet/shower in the utility area. Not forgetting the convenience 👍"

"Room has no sound proof,"

"the building is very new, entry to the floors required a pass. It’s easy to get a cab from here as there’s a drop off point right in front. The listing is just a room by itself - the toilet had a slight wet smell but not something serious. Floor was a little dusty but doesn’t affect as well. Our concerns were only that the listing next to ours (They separated 1 unit into 2 listings) we could hear them quite loudly. Other than that, it’s a 3-4 min walk to KSL, so it’s quite convenient. Theres...

Parking convenient but need download parking app to pay. a bit difficult to find the location. google map a bit lost. surrounding no food. but according to friendly indian lady, walking distance about 10-15 mins got a few indian restaurants. we decided to call for delivery for breakfast. grab pay about RM15 to KSL. so u roughly know the distance.
