"I had to talk to the manager for the van not giving us a ride to the swimming pool. They said they would pick us up in 10 minutes but no one showed up. The manager was nice to give us some perks. But the staff needs more training. The breakfast was really good"

"The hotel was good, clean, staff friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was very good and rooms were sound proof and with good air conditioning. Pool were clean but small. At times they felt a bit crowded but most of the time were good in June. I imagine that July and August they would be crowder. Amenities like the Club for VIP were expensive €15 per drink! the same as the spa services. The restaurant Suena Chibo served us the worst rump stakes we ever ate at €26 per piece. "This hotel is amazing. We stayed in a villa with private pool and loved it. The hotel is very clean and the staff is friendly. The spa services are good. I had my nails done and had a massage both were worth it. The only down side is all beaches are a drive away. So if you don’t mind not being in the action stay here."
