"HORRIBLE PLACE! This place is run by a crazy woman who should go to a mental hospital. I do not recommend it to anyone! Communication with her 0 points. You feel like you are in a mental hospital and not on vacation. There was an incredible stench from the sewage in our villa every day. It could not be solved. Moldy bathtub and shower. "From the moment we arrived at Hula Hula, the staff were exceptional. Checking in/out was smooth, rooms well cleaned and stocked, pool always clean, and the staff always attentive, polite and friendly. The breakfast buffet had a varied selection and the pool food was great. The location of the hotel is always great, close by to great restaurants and amenities and easy to get Grabs or transport to and from the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel!"
