"Stayed 2 nights, 1 night in the cozy room with no window and another in the executive room. Both were great for room size, 2 people can manage in the cozy. The executive was more spacious with a balcony. Walls are thin. Heard some drilling due to renovations but it's not a big deal imo since its during the day. Great breakfast spread with made to order options. The staff were great, went above and beyond to make the stay memorable and enjoyable. Shout out to Lena and the team!"

"This is a very shiny hotel. Claims 5 star but misses level of service we found at other 5 star hotels in Vietnam. Below the surface marble everywhere the rooms smell very musty the pool is falling apart in places. It is not worth the money they charge and definitely not a leading hotel as they claim. There is no lounge if you have a later flight and despite being very empty they would not give extended check out. One save is that Breakfast is almost perfect minus the lack of Vietnamese coffee options and the layout of the room. Tables are like a school cafeteria tightly stacked together. Otherwise great options and fresh food. "

"From the moment I checked in, the staff set the tone - warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. That level of service carried throughout my stay, but one moment really stood out. While I was swimming, the poolside staff quietly placed a glass of ice water by my bench without me even asking. It was a small gesture, yet incredibly thoughtful and indicative of their attention to detail. Breakfast was easily the highlight. The banh mi pork was one of the best I’ve had in town. For dinner, Square One is a must-try, especially the Vietnamese spring rolls, which were executed wonderfully. The hotel strikes a great balance between classic elegance and personalized service. It’s not just luxurious, it feels intentional and heartfelt."

"It’s an ok place. The 3 bedroom looked more like dorms than the upscale pictures. We ordered 4 drinks total from there and one was straight alcohol and we put it in freezer and it froze solid. They would not refund, even though they took the ‘frozen drink’, nor doc they replace it. Terrible customer service. The other drinks had one shot between them and the staff did not want customers watching them."

"Wonderful second stay at this hotel! Great location, fantastic staff and excellent breakfast. Close to the HCMC metro Opera House station (stop 2), short walk to Ben Thanh Market, Ben Nghe Street food, Vincom Dong Khoi shopping mall,- convenient supermarket Winmart on lower level, Saigon Square, and Saigon Centre. Food court and restaurants in the malls. Very convenient location close to all the main attractions. Staff was wonderful and went over and beyond to ensure a very comfortable stay. We look forward to staying here again. Thank you so much! "
