"This was by far one of the best hotels I've stayed in. The complimentary shuttle from Kyoto station is great. The staff are superior, we felt very welcome and relaxed here. The rooms are spacious and clean. The amenities are great: gym, pool etc. we took a taxi on days we went sightseeing and it was inexpensive depending where you go. There is a small family mart in the basement of the hotel (limited selection). The hotel food is expensive so keep that in mind when you are planning thinking about food. Otherwise amazing hotel with top notch service."
