"This stay was simply perfect for us. I cannot think of any cons. Pros: - Spacious. Especially compared to other hotels in Japan we stayed.4 slept comfortably in their OWN beds (well, 2 were Japanese tatami, but it was fun and way more comfy than I thought). People can roam around freely without bumping to each other. :) - View. We were lucky to get a nice view of Tokyo Sky Tree right from the room (corner 8 floor). - Location. May look off the main areas at a first glance, but all Asakusa has to offer is just 10 min walk away and a subway station/convenience store literally just steps from the hotel. - Amenities. Nice kitchen and convenience store made a breakfast no hassle every morning. Separate bath and toilet makes it easier for the family. :) Nicely working washing machine with drier that actually dries. :) (you probably won't understand the value of it unless you read my review for another hotel we stayed in). - Super nice staff. - Price Cannot think of a better place to stay with family!"

"The hotel is great, and super good location within a 10 mins walking distance from a bunch of Subway entrances, can get to a bunch main lines like the Ginza line, walking distance to big camera, yahiba and lots of places to eat, the hotel has quite a bit of rules when it comes to room services but is great overall. There is a shipping station next door wheee you can receive and sent your luggage, super convenient, plus a family market across the street."

"Filthy!! Mold growing in room. Smelled of mildew so bad we had to open windows and eventually leave. Visible black mold coming down through the ceiling above our beds. Multiple spots. Wish I could upload the pic so the place would go out of business. Offered another room and it was gross too. And the dust was an inch thick. They don’t clean for you. You clean your own room and leave garbage and towels outside. The staff is fine but the hotel was so filthy in our room. We were upgraded to “the nicest” option which had two small beds for a family of three. It was filthy. Literally. And averaged $300 per night. "
