"第一次住台南便選了台南大飯店，網上評論不錯也喜歡他鄰近火車站。服務員全都很友善，行李存放服務很好（可提供冷凍服務）。對還是用鎖匙的木門有點懷疑，也似乎令對走廊的隔音不太好，而酒店房間整齊整潔，光線和床鋪我也喜歡；洗澡的熱水很夠👍有冰箱也實在加分👍 飯店附近不算很多地攤小吃，但有一些快餐店和便利店；對面有郵局如要寄信超方便，向新三越方向行6分鐘有一家好喝的咖啡店「決哥」，為了我這次旅程添上色彩。"

"I would absolutely not recommend people to stay here. After discovering black mold on the headboards of each of the beds in our room as well as all over the bathroom, we were switched to another room that also had mold in the bathroom, specks of it on the headboards, and worst of all, every one of the four pillows were stained and dirty. This is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at in terms of cleanliness, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The staff were nice enough to swap out rooms, but didn’t tell us there probably wasn’t a single room in the hotel without mold."

"The location was convenient. Appreciated the breakfast and snack. The room itself was a little dark and musty smelling, and the outlet in the bathroom didn’t work. Appreciated the laundry room, wish the instructions were translated into other languages for foreign travelers"

"Good location, many bus route options. Hotel has great amenities, the shared kitchen and lounge area is really nice and has everything you need. The patio is a bonus! The rooms are nice and big, clean and stocked with everything you need. Highly recommend this place!"
