It’s a convenient location, closed to lots of restaurants and markets, but hotel lobby is at 8th floor, rooms at 9th floor and up. The hotel guests are bit mixed, there were some nice polite guests but also some loud and obnoxious guests. We stayed at family room, two bathrooms are plus. But there’s no room divider in between the rooms. Hotel staffs are polite and willing to help. They speak English and Mandarin. With the price I paid, I give it 3 stars, just okay, nothing stands out to impress me. I will only return if I get to pay same price again next time. $70 for a family room a night, it’s a bargain.

The family room is not bad except the bathroom and the sink are a kinda of mouldy. There is No hair conditioner provided. The separate toilet with a door is an excellent idea for a family. No fridge and ironing board provided too. The location of the hotel is good and central to move about.

Nice hotel. Seems a little overpriced though. Room is a decent size for 1-2 people. The privacy curtain for the shower is outside of the bathroom. There was a balcony/corridor outside of my room that made me worry about leaving my curtains open. The tv had channels in Eng and Ch. Decent spot.

The hotel boasts 4 stars online but it did not live up to the expectations of such decree. 1. The late night service staff were nonchalant and unfriendly. 2. The hotel stipulates a no smoking policy but the room reeked with cigarette stink. 3. False advertising regarding free bike rental on their room cards. 4. Overall very disappointing. The two stars is for the location of the hotel; it is nicely located in the vicinity of amenities .

Spacious and well equipped room.

Family room was great which is like 2 rooms with 2 toilets. Kids friendly, my friend’s daughter like the room very much.
