"Absolutely an unpleasant experience from when you get in, through check in and the room. There is NO lobby. Downstairs of the space is shared by the casino, commercial building and the hotel and the whole area is just not kept well, homeless people hanging by the casino entrance, playing loud music. Once you skip past the entrance and elevator to the 13th floor where the check in desk is, you hope it will get better.
Hotel lobby is on the 13th floor, and pictures and the sign up front on Google Images mislead you to think that the entire building is the hotel. There are no signs for parking, I had to find a safe spot to double park, go to the 13th floor to speak to the staff only to find out they have no idea about parking. Even if the hotel doesn't offer parking, the least they could offer is nearby parking suggestions. They were clueless and one girl just left coz her shift was over. I had to figure on my own. Turned out there's a public city lot next door and with signs for the hotel elevator and floor.
There were better options available at this price but I chose this coz of the location. Definitely would not recommend it."
"Very old and smelly
And 6am you can hear ppl preparing meal.
Anyway this is not Shangri-La.

We went to gym and than came back the room door was opened. Abit extreme hahaha
Hahaha…. Sigh
Also poor communication "
"I arrived at 2:55pm. Reception made me wait the 5 minutes until 3pm to check in. That was ridiculous. Poor reception staff is the main problem. Unfriendly
The best staff were at the restaurant at breakfast. Very nice. Although the food selection was limited compared with other hotels.
My room was a bit threadbare with marked walls and scratched floor. "
