"We absolutely love this hotel! The staff is wonderful and so friendly. Rooms are very clean and beds are really comfortable. Service and food at Ahari are top notch!"

"We ended up being disappointed by the „resort“. First and foremost, customer attention is extremely poor. There was no reception and we had to ask for everything via WhatsApp. It felt like we had to beg for many things, we had to write every day that we want our room cleaned and towels changed, or else they would not do it. We also had to ask for beach towels as they were not provided. The wifi was not working well in the room and the AC was making heavy noises and was dripping. They claim that...

"Large lovely room and deck. Beautiful view. Attentive hosts. Quiet at night. Very relaxing!"

"The best hotel in the area I highly recommend"

"Quiet and in the middle of West Bay and West End. Can walk to West End (10 min on the beach and 10 min inland). The food is great at the cafe and restaurant. The beach is nicer by West Bay though, which is $5 water taxi/pp/each way."

"No me gusto la alberca porque es muy fea la textura. raspa e irrita la piel. En nuestra estadía se fue la corriente eléctrica varias veces, en la madrugada de las 2am-5am, mucho calor y muy desagradable. El restaurante puede mejorar mucho. El personal, muy amable. "

"The property was nice. Food was good. The main pool is nice but needs a lot of tiles replaced. Snack bar food needs improved, a lot of the food was room temp. There is no snorkeling in front of the resort,BUT go to the beach turn left walk about 10-12 min to the end of the beach and snorkel about 150 feet out and you'll find excellent snorkeling"

"They double charged me and I have yet to receive my refund"

"It was hard to find which office to check it you ck in at splash inn office not any were on the itinerary directions take you to the property not to ck in"

"ZERO STARS! My experience at West Bay Colonial was disgraceful, largely due to Franklin, the extremely unprofessional, passive-aggressive manager. On Friday, I was checked in by an employee while Franklin stood there witnessing everything. After receiving my keys and wristband, he later falsely claimed my reservation couldn’t be found and demanded an additional $244 for a stay I had ALREADY PAID FOR! Thankfully, the wonderful owner, Hazel, intervened. On checkout day, Franklin AGAIN attempted...

"The room was absolutely amazing over the water complete view the entire beach. They need a little plumbers tape on the showerhead. Other than that the room was amazing. The staff are so helpful so awesome. I can’t even begin to tell you how awesome they were the entire trip. If you’re staying anywhere near West Bay and you want your own little slice of paradise, this is the perfect spot."

"La comida es buena , pero no hay variedad Las instalaciones son bien básicas , y ciertas zonas se mira q necesita mtto. El personal del hotel bien amable y servicial."

"The facilities are in very poor condition. The common areas and hallway are difficult to navigate, even for wheelchair users. There are no sidewalks, and the parking is far away and requires carrying your car. We weren't even there for two hours before deciding to leave. There was no staff at reception; I think they left as soon as we checked in. The room was in bad shape, the kitchen doors didn't close properly, etc. Don't waste your time and money booking there."

"This was my 1st time visiting Roatan, Honduras and staying here for my solo birthday trip. The island is beautiful. The people are so nice and welcoming. Prime location to stay. Food and activities are walking distance. I felt safe walking in the daytime and at night. Raquel and Paola are so nice and helpful. The drivers are amazing. Shoutout to David. Views are immaculate. Room is clean. I watched YouTube with no connector needed!! The water is refreshing. Please everyone visit Roatan, Honduras...
