"No way is this a 4* hotel! The first night of our stay, our room had no AC. When I tried to call the desk, the phone in the room didn’t work. After going down to the desk to complain, a staff person was sent up to assess the situation. After his expert evaluation, we were told that the AC wasn’t working and he could open a window after I signed a waiver. They had no other room for us. Our compensation for the major inconvenience was complimentary breakfast in the morning. In addition, the room was tiny and in need of immediate updating and there were no amenities."

"This was a GREAT place to stay. To begin with, it's centrally located which was fantastic! AND the front staff was willing to help in whatever way we needed. Also, easy for taxi service and other tour pickup. Great room, great sauna, great food/breakfast--first class place to stay and we felt good for the money. Absolutely no complaints!"

"Ikonik Parlament is an ideal choice for visiting Budapest. It’s very clean, stylish with nice decor in the lounge, bar and breakfast area. Staffs are polite, helpful and efficient. The Parlament suite is spacious and elegant. Will come back when next Budapest visit. "
