"Very well facilitated hotel with friendly staff. Excellent location for the Christmas market with fantastic views from the room. There’s also lots of eating options close by. The hotel also has a free hot drinks and light snacks station to use during your stay. We brought the wrong travel adaptor with us thinking the usual EU adapter would work but the staff were very helpful and provided us with a plug for a deposit which was removed after it was returned. "

"Everything was great. I was worried that the room was only 14 m², but it is very well designed. It has everything you need for one person. Everything is new and clean. The breakfast is good. The location is excellent"
