"The hotel is very nice when you enter and the room was pleasant too. I liked the fact that we had a kettle in our room and the reception staff were happy to provide English Breakfast teabags for me to use in the room. We also got a dressing gown and slippers which we were able to use to go down to the pool in. The pool and sundeck was an added bonus for our stay. It was nice to have a swim and then relax after a busy day out and about. The location was easy to get to via tram from the station, just needed to take number 3. The stadium is only a couple of minutes walk which was also helpful. There was also a fridge in the room, which again was another bonus. We didn't have breakfast (as it was quite expensive) so can't comment on the restaurant facilities but apart from that, great hotel, great reception area to sit and nice comfortable beds. Quite, dark rooms, great!"

"Loved the property. Stayed here two nights. Walked everywhere. Everything was about a 10 mins walk. Room was very clean and bathroom was amazing. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. "

"First and foremost the Staff was very attentive to our needs whether we needed extra pillows, extra blankets, any info or recommendation on sight seeing or restaurants to eat at the staff was great. It was my wife and two 21 year old daughters staying at the Novatel for 5 nights for holiday from the States. . Rooms very clean. Hotel located in a good location. Not very touristy (which we like) but walkable to train station (about 20 minutes). Lots of restaurants to choose from on the walk toward train station. Grocery store across the street 2minute walk. "This was our first stop on our honeymoon after a long day of travel; the front desk staff were exceedingly attentive and friendly. The hotel upgraded us and the room was charming - they provided prosecco and chocolates with fresh fruit, and the concierge helped get us reservations at a nearby restaurant a wedding guest had recommended (despite it being booked out). It’s been a great experience all around. The hotels location is extremely convenient if this is your first time visiting. It was a two minute walk from the main station (you’ll see the sign as soon as you walk out towards the Main Street). It’s very centrally located. The rooms are clean and the valet very helpful.The restaurant was also quite nice. "
