Stepping into the shower required a high step over the edge of the tub; the sink area was also awkwardly designed—we frequently bumped our heads on the counter above it while washing our faces or brushing our teeth. "Hotel Adler Zurich was in a perfect location to experience Zurich—close to landmarks but not on a busy street. Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was tasty and staff was very friendly. We were in need of a new piece of luggage due to a broken zipper and the ladies working the front desk were very helpful with store recommendations and directions. ( unfortunately I forgot to write down their names). We would absolutely recommend Hotel Adler Zurich "
