"The check in process & instructions are very easy & clear. The hotel sent you access code ahead of time not like others wait until the last minute. Hotel location is very close to train station and close to shops and restaurants. Hotel even provide 2 bottles of water and coffee/tea downstairs for you free to drink. I will recommend this hotel and definitely stay again."

"Perfect for our overnight stay before flying out of Zurich. We loved exploring the older part of this town. Both the charm and train station are steps from this hotel. Highly recommend. "

"Room stank of smoke, floor was completely filthy, bedding thin and pillows smelled old. Wallpaper missing in places and it was placed right by a huge main road. Barely slept. Bathroom seemed ok but shower leaked all over the floor. Very basic amenities. Seems very barely attended, nobody there kid morning when I left. Also charged me 23 sfr to park the car. In addition I think it’s being used as a brothel. Very unsavoury gentleman waiting outside and a very glamorous young woman went down in the lift to meet him. All in all about my worst hotel in years. "

"DO NOT BOOK this hotel! This property management is horrible. First of all, we did not get the type of rooms we booked and paid for. The check-in experience was really bad, the manager gave us key for a wrong room. Then they scammed us for parking at “wrong” space, bullied me and my family at the middle of the night and tried to take almost 1000 euros from us. We had to involve the police to resolve the situation. "
