"Nice Facilities and staffs. Rooms are big. But a bit far from train station."

"This is a great hotel—very clean and well maintained. The room is quite spacious for two people and has everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Amenities are available at the lobby for guests to take, which is very convenient. The hotel is also thoughtful to provide pajamas for guests to use during their stay. The staff are friendly, helpful, and professional. The location is excellent, just about a five-minute walk from Nagano Station We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come...

"Good location / The staff are very helpful."

"Enjoyed our room and the tea. Didn’t have any problems sharing a bathroom and showers. The owners are awesome!"

"We have really enjoyed our stay in this ryokan. Staff were super helpful and considerate. We arrived late at night. There was someone waiting there to greet us, then showed us their onsen which was a heavenly experience after a long day. The bedroom is spacious and sealed with separate air conditioning, perfect for the hot July weather. There are extra bedding and pillows in the closet. There were balcony furnitures for relaxation. The whole place is calm and gracious… The next morning we were...

"While this is an older hotel, it is clean, things are in working order, and rather charming and unique. For example, I had a large room with a small patio that offered a beautiful view of the city. It’s in a quaint quiet town with gorgeous views of the mountains surrounding the town. I appreciated the thoughtful touch of hot green tea. The thermos amazingly kept the water hot even till the next morning. Because I went during « low » season in May, I was able to enjoy the onsen to myself ! The...

"Good room with river view Good service Nice staff Private onsen so simple Dinner so simple"

"Incredibly easy check-in/check-out process, very clean room with nice lighting and good size bed, small seated table to boot! Very close to Nagano Station. Highly recommended!"

"Very good staff and clean rooms"
