"The room was immaculate and comfortable. The bed was cozy and relaxing. The pool was green and gross which was a let down as we were looking forward to an evening swim and had to pass on the green water. Thought about breaking out my fishing gear and fishing in the pool it was so green. Breakfast was great, staff was professional and we will stay there again."

"Property was on its 3 week of being open. So things are new and looks great. There were a couple things. Laundry room had only one working dryer. Rest of them were down. A couple washing machines were down also. You have to use an app and Bluetooth so I am guessing it’s a technology thing. Coffee machine was great in lobby. Makes several different drinks. Rooms are pretty basic. Ac was great. The fitness is lacking. 2 treadmills, one elliptical and one weight tower. Needs some free weights and at least a bench. Maybe as time goes on it will get better. Kolton and Ashley were great and very helpful. Google maps and Apple Maps are not updated but there is a building there. Booked a second visit due to it being very convenient for baseball in surprise and Peoria. Will do a second review and update everything."

"The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Our room had the separate living space and king size bedroom. The breakfast was average. The location was minutes away from any and everything you need from restaurants and shopping centers. The only issue we had the first night was very loud guests by the pool until very late at night. I had to call the front desk twice before something was done to stop the noise."
