The location for an nfl game was great as far as walkable which saved a lot of headache before and after. Unfortunately it was pretty dirty, and the communication was good but also a little confusing.

The pool was unavailable and the host didn’t have an answer as to why for a day and a half. We were allowed to use the sister property pool, but two days were lost and I chose this property because of the pool. The shower has an extended shower curtain rod, but the curtain is not long enough so there is over a one foot gap between curtain and shower, leaving water to go all over the floor. I hadn’t received my door code by checkin so I had to request that after I arrived. The walls were thin and so I could hear intimate details of the neighbors activities. Other than this, it is an ok place and good location.

100% recommending to everyone! Great stay!

First off, the location of my stay was incredible! Walking distance to shopping outlets, fast food, and even restaurants which was an amazing! From the booking, to checking in, and checking out, it was all a breeze, communication between the host and I was consistent, and no delay if there was any problems. Cleanliness of the property was decent, just normal wear and tear that you could except.

Minor repairs in the room and bathroom need attention, but other than that the suite was extremely quiet, accessible to a full kitchen, washer and dryer. I would recommend.

I received a text telling me that the sound level sensor had detected load noises and that I needed to quiet down or face penalties. My wife and I were sleeping! I don’t believe I snore that loud but…. Made me wonder where this sensor was and got me thinking there are likely cameras as well. Last time for me at “cozy suites “.

Air filter for ac was filthy, conditioner was in shampoo and conditioner bottles in the shower, and there was no soap in the showers. Some light bulbs were burnt out, dusty in spots and could be cleaner. Told host that air filter was really dirty and might be affecting how the ac was working and they said they would let maintenance know but nothing happened. Just felt like we were staying in a college students apartment.

Upon my arrival, the smart lock was not working. So the maintenance guy showed up. Apparently, batteries needed to be replaced in which he had reported it in advanced. Consequently, the apartment door was left unlocked which it’s huge safety concern for my daughter and I!! Other issues: the apartment smelled like cigarettes even though this is a none smoking apartment. There were no wristbands to access the pool, the trash can lid was broken, and the bathroom rug was wet and left a yellow stain on the towel that I placed over it. The bathtub was not draining properly either. Also, it was not equipped properly with dishes since there was only one glass to use in the covers.

Glendale. You may be alarmed when walking through the building hallways towards your rental. Stained concrete, dim lighting, garbage on floor, cobwebs on ceiling. Yikes! I thought-- what have I got myself into?? Inside the rental, we saw hairs on the towels and the dishwasher was stinky but the rental was otherwise acceptable. The place looks like it hasn't had a fresh coat of paint in years. The furnishings are sad--I tried to move the bedside table to see if there was an outlet behind it and the top came off in my hands. (Oddly, the same thing happened on the little table on the tiny terrace.) The beds themselves are on flimsy legs. If you and your guests are on the heavy side, don't stay here! As for communication regarding the rental--don't expect anything clear and certainly don't expect to be able to reach anyone. There were three different check-in times listed in three different places. I never was able to figure out which one was right--so we had to just stay away till evening. And do you have an assigned parking space or not? Some information says you do, some says you don't. And that makes a difference because there are very few parking spots available in the evenings. With that said, if all you care about is how close you are to the State Farm Stadium, it's got that going for it. I'm pretty sure this place only cares about renting for the Superbowls that happen there regularly. Overall, yuck.
