"The room was spotless and smelled great! The mattress and bedding were new and great hotel quality. I was very comfortable and slept really well. "I had requested that the heat would be turned on in our room prior to our arrival at 10:00 pm on a late flight to Vancouver. When we arrived at the hotel, the front desk representative looked at my reservation and then further delayed us by starting to call someone, which turned out to be the maintenance staff to go turn our heat on. We got to our room finally only to discover a cold room and the heat setting at 60 degrees Fahrenheit. Shortly after we arrived at our rm, 2 maintenance staff...

"Clean room, great staff, and the goodies they give you on check-in is awesome, close enough to Fraser and main st but far away where safety at night isn’t a concern. There was one night where the dude across the hall from me woke up at 4am and started tripping out and going crazy for a couple hours but that’s not the fault of the establishment. Other than that this place is perfect"
