"yes. but they laid off all the front desk personal. You have to use the computer to check in. Its terrible. Very hard to do. They have a person there to answer questions. 80 precent of the people had to ask for help. Bring back the people. paying $20 a day yo park pays for their salaries."

"You kinda get what you pay for room, room was clean enough, and staff not very helpful - minus the bellman cart rental guys… super friendly & nice bunch! Other than that lower to middle class hotel, but with MGM level perks/amenities. Budget level resort, good for families mostly, and limited low-scale dining/casino options as well. "

"This hotel did not live up to expectation. Long lines for check in, long lines waiting for lifts that were always overly full, and difficult to get any good service. While some staff were lovely, a lot were not. We stayed 4 nights and the rooms got serviced only once during our stay. I had to call up trying to get the room serviced, and also to get replacement towels and our rubbish bins emptied in the rooms. At the counter, there was always long lines if you wanted to check-in, check-out or needed to speak to staff with a question. The pool area looks a lot better in the photos than it is in reality. There's nowhere good to sit on lounges unless you pay, and you end up in a large concrete area between the two pools to sit. The menu in the pool area is also super basic, but you're not allowed to bring any food in yourself to the area, so it doesn't make for an enjoyable stay in the pool area. We stayed here due to the proximity to the strip and the shopping centre, but would not return. I am being generous giving it 3 stars."

"This casino should’ve been put out to rest like the rest of them in Vegas I mean the only extravagance that they have walking into this 1980 lobby is the big gold lion but with that being said, let’s see if you like being nickel and dime the minute, your feet hit the ground they charge $25 for parking , but you can’t go in and out $50 resort fee nightly I did not get the room I was promised on Expedia and I paid extra for they said they don’t guarantee rooms from a third-party booking nice to know now the room has been remodeled recently. It bed was comfortable sheets were good. But now they have a new trick up their sleeve to steal a couple more dollars from you. They have a mini bar that’s full and a few items on top that if you hold onto them for more than 30 seconds, it builds your credit card so there romance kit on top of the mini bar fridge that we thought that somebody left behind didn’t realize it was for sale did not open it put it back but still was charged $65 fee so then I had to waste my time to call back to the front desk dispute the charge with the lady, had talked to her for 10 minutes after being on hold, now the housekeeper has to make a inventory list, and then in 3 to 4 days I will see a credit back on my credit card for the $65 so wasted 10 minutes of my time 10 minutes of the ladies time that answer the phone and 10 more minutes of the housekeeper time that has to clean rooms so a total of 30 minutes to dispute a fake charge that could’ve been avoided."

"First time in Vegas, and as I appreciate the staff for their welcomes, I can’t complain about anything. The young lady who checked us in was extremely polite and did such a wonderful job checking us in. I believe it was her first day at the hotel, and she did a great job and wish her all the best in the hospitality industry. Hopefully next time we’ll get a higher floor with the view of the strip. We appreciate the upgrade. That was a very generous offer. Thank you."
