"Doesn't even try to accommodate request of connecting room even though the request was made 3 months ago for my sister and her family, Towels looks old and not looks clean, no fridge and no coffee maker in the room, some room have fridge, some towels looks dirty white in color , no water refilling stations. Most definitely f the staff are friendly especially the one cleaning the rooms, guest service staff are not that helpful. Will not go back there."

"Was given a total on Expedia then informed it was an extra $200 due at the property not mentioned in the original quote for deposit. We stayed for 3 nights no one ever came in to clean or drop off clean towels or anything. Room had no blankets only sheets. Multiple outlets did not work making charging devices a hassle. Overall not a good experience and will never stay at this property again"

"If I could give zero stars, I would. We were relaxing in the room with privacy notification on. I heard a knock on the door, and then a 2nd knock. I was in bed and did not want to get up, not to mention, NO ONE should be knocking on the door if the privacy notification is on!!!!! That is Hotels 101!!! Needless to say, after the 2nd knock, a member of the in-room mini bar staff entered my room!!! She figured no one was in there after knocking twice, so she let herself in knowing the privacy light was on!!!! Makes me truly wonder what she was going to do or possibly steal while in there, and what her true intentions were. UNACCEPTABLE!!! I'm very glad I was dressed and etc. I jumped up and confronted her, but she had nothing to say except stupid excuses that made zero sense. At first she was just quiet and looked at me, then stuttered a bit, and then pretended there was a language barrier. I will NEVER go back."

"Rooms & property were clean. Staff was friendly & helpful. Some even gave us activity recommendations. Airport shuttle was a very convenient inclusion. It was nice to not have to worry about ubering to & from the airport. Breakfast was pretty good. The only thing we didn’t like was that they had no non-pork protein options. Also, be aware there’s a $25 deposit charged to your debit card upon arrival. We weren’t informed of that until we got there, so just an fyi. Other than that, the property is nice & in a convenient location to both the airport & the strip. The strip isn’t within walking distance, but is only about a 7 min drive away. There are also a lot of food places & a Walmart in walking distance which was very convenient."
