"Great room, large beds, yummy breakfast, lots to do on the property. "

"first off, my room was advertised as a pool view room & it was not. my view was all trees/shrubs. i walk in, the smoke detector is on the floor. horrible lighting situation. don’t even get me started. toilet so low to the ground, i’m short but good god it’s like it was made for a child. speaking of toilets, it was backed up. as was every single room that told me go check & it should be fine. 5 rooms. i ran around the hotel to check em out. she sent me out there to look knowing good and well that they’re ALL backed up, she “didn’t know what to tell me” & did not inform me of the back up until i asked if there’s anyone else complaining about this. one of the toilets in a room i was sent to was even leaking water on the floor. not to mention the sad excuse for water pressure in every room. rooms smelled musty too. couldn’t get the smell out, lingered on some of my stuff. i left early & had to book another hotel the night before i departed orlando. it was my fiancés gift and a vacation for us both that we do not get very often and this place absolutely sucked. messed up all my plans. definitely not what was advertised. i would only recommend this place to someone i truly hated. 0/10 stars."

"Simple not fancy"

"The bathroom sink was clogged the entire time we stayed at property, even though we brought it to the staff’s attention multiple times. The lights flickered in the room the night we arrived but when we let the staff know they handled it quickly. Overall they need to update the rooms. "

"Fee at the hotel was way above what hotels.com told us it would be "

"We had stay at this property last year and loved it, so we decieded to stay again this year. This year was definitely different. The first night, the low battery alarm went of at 5am. I had to call for the AC not waorking a coupel of times. The wifi was not working at all. And one morning when we were going to sleep in a bit, housekeeping came knocking and opened the door while were we sleeping. Mind you the "do not disturb " was on the door. I texted the facilty and never heard anything back. We were definitely disappointed beause we had such a great experience last year. I will not be staying there again."

"Universal Cabana Bay Resort…Rooms aren’t cleaned often and we stayed 6 days. Property food is very limited so please DoorDash your food. Keys to open the gates out towards the pool rarely work. Everything is expensive expensive so walk with money😊🙏. Beautiful property, lazy river and two pools were fun. Buses to the park run often which is a plus. City walk is a must!!!! We had fun and will return but to a different resort "

"Typically stay at Disney resorts but wanted to give Swan a try. Wonderful experience. Grotto pool was awesome with drinks and food ordered from your chair and brought to you with a smile. Easy access to Disney board walk and boats to Epcot and HS. Already booked our next stay. "

"Carpets in hallway are rippled and aging. There was spilled mulch in the hallway from a planter, and dead leaves around another plant for days! Michelle at check-in was very cordial and friendly. Need more offerings of “quick pick up” hot food! Cocktails are majorly weak! And I was served a gin and tonic at Phils that was basically all ice! You should be ASHAMED of yourselves for charging a surplus $56.50 per day when room charges are already $300+!! Corporate greed at its worst! "
