"It was a lovely beautiful hotel.very comfy beds and Pillows .water could be warmer for the shower ,because it was in the centre of town and I am a tourist in Krakow I found it difficult using tram to get there but the tram or bus stops at the hotel ,if anyone using tram it’s number 5 and bus 125 gets you to the hotel from krakow glowny,can’t really comment on breakfast as did not eat there but had drinks there and the staff and receptionist are very helpful ,they even booked me a taxi very early...

"Location, location, location! This hotel is very nice and is in the perfect place - just minutes walk from main square with St Mary’s Basilica and just seconds from Florian’s gate and the Barbican in the opposite direction. Staff was just fine- didn’t need much from them but they were happy to call taxis when needed.
