"room super. staff very nice"

"Friendly and helpful staff. No dedicated parking but staff helped us to park on the road besides the hotel. Located in a Quiet area on a dead end street. We were upgraded to a junior suite. Spacious with sofa, table and a small kitchenette. Small but ok gym with dumbbells, leg press, cross trainer. Small pool. Decent breakfast, poor warm water in the morning. All in all good experience nice and clean even old."

"Upon arrival, I was told that there was construction taking place on the rooftop, and I was therefore offered a lower-floor room. Although I would have preferred to be higher up, I accepted the change based on the information I was given. However, I subsequently discovered that the construction was actually taking place on the floor below. I felt extremely misled by this, as the information I was given upon arrival was clearly not an accurate representation of where the work was taking...

"ดีค่ะ ห้องกว้าง สะอาด"

"In the middle of the best food scene in Bangkok!"

"We love this hotel, and have exclusively stayed here for 10+ years whenever we are in Bangkok (5 to 10 times every year). We live in NE Thailand, and Emporium Suites is our second home. In my view the best located hotel in the whole city with large rooms, superb staff and a great pool and gym. We just love it!"
