"nice room, nice breakfast"

"Close to shopping. River view was lovely."

"Hotel reception staff made it slightly complicated and unwelcoming experience. Staff did try to help but made me feel that as i have booked with Expedia hence they can not help us and suggested to book directly with hotel. Location is okay not brilliant. This hotel can do a lot better if customers relationship is kept on focus. Some staff members were very helpful. Breakfast and restaurant staff was amazing Spa facilities were great. Location of this hotel is okay."

"Magical city! Hotel staff amazing! I will return no doubt about it."

"The room was ok but the water system didn’t really work. "

"Wir hatten einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt. Die Hoteldirektion führte uns durch das Haus und die spannende Geschichte dazu. Wir bekamen ein Upgrade und fühlten uns wie Adlige. Danke dafür."

"good"

"There was no welcome drinks as described. When asked the staff, they said this was ‘old information’ that hadn’t been updated on Hotels.com"

"Perfect to visit Salzburg but quite a bit far from the city center that take 20-30mins to the city center."

"Hotel was great. Easy location to train station and Altstadt. Upstairs bar was really cool, but understaffed for busy nights and took forever to get a drink. Breakfast was very good."

"Beautiful property (a converted palace) in a convenient location. Room was spectacular. Really enjoy our stay and would highly recommend."

"ภาพรวมโอเคค่า เหมาะแก่การไปพักผ่อนมากค่ะ ใกล้แหล่งช้อปปิ้ง อาหารเช้าอร่อยมาก"
