"This seems to be a hotel in transition and it has major problems. Regardless of the staff's efforts the hotel needs major capital repairs and updating."

"I was given a room that had people occupying it. Then I want to use the bathroom and there was no toilet paper in the unit. I tried to call down to the front desk and the phone was consistently busy I believe it was after hours. And I could not get the internet access. The next morning I want to take a shower turned on the bathtub pulled the plunger to activate the shower and the plunger came out of the faucet. I was not able to take a shower... It would be the lowest ranking I can give you is one star.... I traveled the United States as an insurance adjuster and this by far was the worst day I have ever had! "

"As soon as you walk in you're hit with an overwhelming bad smell. It was this way every time we walked into the hotel or hallways. It's just the smell of the place, but they should really work to remove it. The rooms and bathrooms are not cleaned well at all. The pool is very small. Staff was kind though."

"No breakfast, only coffee and muffins. Room smelled of fish and ten cans of bounce dat ass! TV didn’t work, lamp by bed didn’t work. Tried to check in at 4, no clean rooms available. Left and came back, still no room. Didn’t get in until around 8pm. Didn’t get the king studio I reserved, never going back! "

"Stayed 3 nights. Staff was great. Breakfast was good. Pool was hit with grandkids and loved the fact there was chlorine smell. Only downside was none to trickling water issue on the entire 4th floor. Started late Fri night and we were still without water at check out Sunday morning. Not ideal, and unfortunately hotel fully booked so unable to assign room on lower floors. And all other hotels were sold out. Staff did best they could, no fault of theirs. Plumbers couldn’t figure out problem. Other quests stated to us in conversation, they wished hotel would have informed them prior to their check-in, after problem started, and they were given 4th floor rooms. Hotel did take 1 night charge off our bill. "
