Only problem was the key cards was not working properly felt like they deactivated once I left the room even though they provide 2 for 2 guest they do not work requiring me to go back and forth to the front desk

Hotel was good for a quick overnight stay. Wifi was very weak and kept searching. Breakfast was not good, waffle mix was like water and did not work. Biscuits and gravey were tasteless. But room was cheap but clean and thats what we wanted.

Great Option for an inexpensive comfortable stay

Front desk staff were very helpful. There’s no elevator, but they jumped in and carried our suitcases up the stairs for me. The rooms were clean and comfortable. A couple breakfast items were a little stale, but they had plenty of good options.

You really need sugar free syrup to offer at your waffle bar for breakfast. Our room’s lamp was broken by the bed.

We stayed 10 minutes. The hotel smelled terrible. it’s pet friendly so we had horrible allergies and there looked to be bugs on the bed. It was completely run down. We didn’t even put our belongings down and just walked out. Booked a tru by Hilton and are relieved.

I’ve stayed a few times in the past 18 years and have always had a positive experience, so I didn’t hesitate to book again. Granted it’s been seven years since my last visit, but I think that was the last time it has been updated. I will say that the hotel and room itself appeared to be clean, but that’s all that appealed to me. Everything was the bare minimum, and nothing whatsoever went beyond that. The staff was okay, not rude, but definitely not friendly. Next time I’m in the area I will stay elsewhere.

If your desperate’

It’s pet friendly which nothing is wrong with it. I have stayed at plenty of hotels that are, however, they did not smell like it. At check in pet odor, bed was not soft no cushions poor condition not sturdy, coming into the hallway to go up the stairs yes stairs!! And it’s a strange guy just laying in the corner of the hallway. So no for it to be as close to mall area this not cool.

entire hotel smelled disgusting and each room had a different scent based on the previous customer… they don’t clean the sheets as well—stains, dirt, you name it. left early without a refund to another stay—best decision ever. run as fast as you can

Have staye s here with the family for another week to give the stay experience another chance from our previous stay here and staff here welcomed us back with warmth and completly superceded our expectations. We felt like they took our last review to heart and went out of their way to make us feel genuinely welcomed! Great family atmosphere and location! The staff actually cates about your concerns and will tend to them. ♡
